Some of the best

people

never talk to each other.

That’s exactly where innovation happens. We design the room where it does.
What we do

Two ways in.

The spike — premium

Collaboration & co-creation design

We get disciplines, organisations, sectors and cultures that don’t collaborate by default to work and create together — often around frugal, sustainable, and social-impact innovation. Knowledge strategy lives here.

The base

Learning program design

We design learning programs that change how participants think, collaborate, and act — not just what they know. Built for research organisations, accelerators, and ecosystem builders.

How we work

A small core. A curated network.

The right people, curated per project.

How we work

Embedded, not arm’s-length

We work inside your context, not from the outside looking in. That proximity is what makes our work stick.

Why us

We design bridges between worlds that don’t usually meet.

Nine years inside the Dutch research and innovation ecosystem, paired with hands-on work in frugal innovation and social entrepreneurship across Latin America, Africa and Asia.

Why does the energy

The post-its are in a drawer. The document exists. The group chat is quiet. Nothing moved.

The person behind the practice

Meet Betty Huerta

Betty designs how people learn and how knowledge moves through research and innovation ecosystems. Nine years inside the Dutch research and innovation ecosystem. Hands-on experience in frugal innovation, sustainable innovation, and social entrepreneurship across Colombia, Senegal, India, and Mexico. She doesn’t just facilitate the room where disciplines meet — she’s lived on both sides of the divide it’s built to cross.
